About the Congress

Dear colleagues,

On behalf of the Macedonian Microbiological Society, I have the honor and pleasure to invite you to the VII Congress of the Macedonian Microbiological Society with international participation, which will be held in the period from September 20 to 22, 2024 at the Dream Hotel in Struga.

The Congress is dedicated to all areas of microbiology respecting the principle – One Health. It will be attended by international and national experts in order to share knowledge and experiences about the role of the microbiome, traditional and modern diagnostics of “old” and “new” pathogens, prevention and therapy of infectious diseases, including the pressing problem of antimicrobial resistance.

The congress is intended both for microbiologists and for all other specialties in human and veterinary medicine, which in the daily practice of their activity are closely related to microbiology.
