CANCELLATION OF THE ACCOMMODATION

For cancellation of the accommodation by 26.08.2024, the paid funds will be refunded completely, reduced for the bank expenses.
For cancellation of the accommodation by 10.09.2024, the paid funds will be refunded for 50%, reduced for the bank expenses.
For cancellation of the accommodation after 11.09.2024, PAYMENTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

ATTENDANCE TO ALL LOCATIONS IN THE HOTEL ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONGRESS, WILL BE PERMITTED ONLY TO PERSONS WITH PAID REGISTRATION FEES (ID CARDS), I.E. THE PRESENCE OF EXTERNAL PERSONS IN THE HOTEL WILL BE COMPLETELY PROHIBITED.
