Abstracts
The submission of abstracts and poster presentations is done electronically, using the form found below on the page.
Abstracts have to be written in Times New Roman, with max. font size 12, single spacing, A4 format.
It should not contain more than 300 words, without the title, names of authors and the institution of origin, and the content of the abstract and max 5 keywords.
Abstracts should be as concise as possible and include the following sub-titles:
INTRODUCTION, OBJECTIVES, MATERIAL, METHODS, RESULTS and CONCLUSION
Oral presentations may be presented in the native language, but the slides MUST BE PREPARED IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE.
Poster presentations will be performed only electronically on LCD screens and because of that, the posters should be made as PowerPoint presentations in 16:9 format, with a maximum of 5 slides which will be presented for 5 minutes.
Abstracts and poster presentations obligatory should be written in English.

SUBMISSION OF THE ABSTRACTS AND POSTER PRESENTATIONS
- The scientific board will bring decisions for all APPROVED ABSTRACT AND POSTER PRESENTATIONS.
- DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS AND POSTER PRESENTATIONS IS 25.08.2024.
- DEADLINE FOR CONFIRMATION OF ACCEPTED ABSTRACTS AND POSTER PRESENTATIONS IS 30.08.2024.
- Only those papers for which the registration fee has been paid, will be printed in the Abstract book.
